I own and operate a commercial and legal consultancy providing smart thinking solutions for both businesses and private individuals. Applying comprehensive commercial and legal knowledge from working in large corporate legal environments as an in-house counsel to Start-Ups, SMEs and entrepreneurs.
My experience includes being the In House Counsel for Thales, a top-tier, French multinational company, with annual sales of 14.2 billion Euros worldwide, 65 000 employees and with U.K. sales of 1.5 billion Euros, that designs and builds electrical systems and provides services for the aerospace, space, defence, transportation and security industries.
I was responsible for the Dispute Resolution function for Thales U.K. and management of a team of 5 which meant providing strategic and pro-active advice to stakeholders (business, corporate and International), as well as the management and conduct of high-value and complex disputes, in-house or through external litigation counsel. I also looked after employment law on behalf of Thales U.K and managed an additional team of both lawyers, HR professionals, and support staff.
