Who Am I?

I am a co-founder and current director of a UK-based IT recruitment company, and I have over 20 years’ experience in the industry. My current role is a combination of senior executive recruitment, business development, and client consultancy. I have extensive experience delivering effective and creative recruitment solutions to startups and growing SMEs.

I help businesses that have issues with attraction, recruitment and retention of staff at management level and above. I advise on recruitment processes, employee engagement and retention, and the use of psychometric and behavioural assessments.

I help senior executives to navigate the executive job market in order to define, find and secure the position they really want. I show them how to move from a state of reactive chaos to one of proactive control of their executive job search.

I am a Chartered Accountant (Deloitte) and a qualified Thomas International (psychometrics) and Motivational Maps Practitioner.
